Privacy Policy

Scope and operator

Olympus is a private, single-user productivity, research, document, and workflow system operated by its owner. It is not offered to the public. This policy applies to Google user data accessed through the Olympus OAuth applications.

Google data Olympus accesses

Olympus requests only the permissions configured for the owner's dedicated accounts. Current access is read-only and may include:

• the connected account's identity and email address;
• Gmail messages and metadata;
• Calendar events;
• Drive files and file metadata;
• Google Docs and Sheets content;
• Google Meet space information; and
• contacts, other contacts, and directory information.

A separate legal-work account uses only the identity, Drive, and Docs read-only permissions configured for that account.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to answer the owner's requests, retrieve relevant information, prepare owner-requested work products, organize authorized workflows, and maintain records necessary for those functions.

Olympus does not use raw or derived Google Workspace data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in protected, profile-specific storage on the owner's dedicated Olympus computer. Information retrieved for an authorized task may be retained in the owner's local Olympus records, task artifacts, or canonical knowledge library when needed for the task and the owner's continuing records.

Data is retained only for as long as the owner requires it for the system's stated functions, records, or legal obligations. The owner may revoke Google access at any time and may remove retained local records through the system's owner-controlled procedures.

Sharing and disclosure

Olympus does not sell Google user data and does not share it for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated purposes.

The minimum content needed for a requested function may be processed by configured service providers solely to provide that function for the owner. Access is limited to the owner's authorized task and permissions. Olympus may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the system.

Security

Olympus uses least-privilege Google scopes, separate account and credential boundaries, protected local credential storage, controlled task access, and local containment measures. No safeguard eliminates every risk, but access is limited to the owner-authorized system and connected accounts.

Owner choices

The owner can review or revoke Olympus access in the Google Account's third-party connections page. Revoking access stops new Google API access; it does not automatically remove copies already retained in owner-controlled local records.

Policy changes

This policy will be updated before Olympus materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data. The effective date above identifies the current version.
